2. Use of the Service

2.1 Eligibility

2.2 Verification Honesty

You agree to only submit genuine disposal actions for verification. Attempting to trick our machine learning models or scanning fraudulent QR codes is a violation of these terms and will result in permanent account suspension and loss of points.

3. Rewards and Virtual Currency

"Green Points" have no cash value and are not transferable outside of the Green Panther ecosystem. Rewards in the marketplace are subject to availability and the specific terms of our partners.

4. Intellectual Property

The Green Panther app, website, branding, and content are owned by us and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our service without explicit permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your physical actions at collection sites or any interactions with third-party reward providers.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
